TUM Scholarships for International Students

The Technical University of Munich offers a scholarship for international students to provide direct financial aid for living costs, study materials, and daily necessities. It targets international students enrolled at TUM who are not eligible for BAföG, supporting them across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The scholarship is awarded per semester and is renewable if eligibility is maintained, with the aim of reducing financial barriers to study at TUM.

International students enrolled at TUM, ineligible for BAföG due to nationality, and in the 3rd semester of a Bachelor’s program or the 2nd semester of a Master’s program (or 1st semester if Bachelor’s degree was completed at TUM). Must demonstrate strong academic records and financial need.
