Earth Shorts 2025 Fellowship for Social Media Creators & Journalists in South and Southeast Asia

Earth Shorts 2025 is a fellowship for social media content creators and journalists based in South and Southeast Asia. The program aims to build skills in biodiversity storytelling through a joint fellowship that combines journalism with social media production, including a virtual training component and mentorship. Selected fellows will produce biodiversity-related content for social media and participate in capacity-building activities over the fellowship period.

US$2,000 stipend for each selected participant; three-day virtual training workshop; mentorship; opportunity to produce and disseminate biodiversity-related video content.

Applications are open to social media content creators and journalists based in South and Southeast Asia.

Submit an online application detailing pitches for biodiversity-related video content; selected fellows will join a three-day virtual training and produce at least five pieces of content by a specified date.
