College of Science & Health Student Conference Travel Grant

A travel grant program from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse College of Science & Health to support students presenting or attending academic science and health conferences. Awards help cover essential conference-related costs and are intended for undergraduate and graduate students majoring in science and health disciplines. Funding is provided up to specified limits per conference and per academic year, and awards are disbursed through the student's major department. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and must comply with UWL travel and budgeting policies.

Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate students currently enrolled at UWL, majoring in a Science and Health discipline, with a cumulative GPA >2.5.

Submit a proposal including applicant details, conference documentation (flyer/schedule; presenters provide abstract and acceptance letter), budget and justification, and faculty sponsor/departmental endorsement (signature). Proposals are reviewed in order received and awarded based on availability and alignment with College priorities.
