INNOVA Europe Competition

INNOVA Europe is a pan-European university coalition running an annual startup competition and summit for early-stage, idea-stage teams. Selected teams from partner universities are invited to present at the INNOVA Europe Summit, participate in pitch sessions, receive expert feedback, and engage in peer learning. The 2026 Summit will take place on 2026-06-04 to 2026-06-05 at Aalto University in Espoo, Finland. The 2026 edition focuses on SDG 13 (Climate Action), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).

Invitation to present at the INNOVA Europe Summit, pitch programme participation, peer learning, expert feedback, and cross-university exchange.

Open to students and alumni from partner universities; participation is initiated through national initiatives organised by each partner institution, which select one Idea Stage project to represent the university.

Teams apply via their home institution when local/national applications open; each partner university selects one Idea Stage project to represent it at INNOVA Europe.
