Chinese Government Scholarship – Youth of Excellence Scheme of China

A full scholarship program established by the Ministry of Education of China administered at Zhejiang University, providing master's-level study under the Youth of Excellence Scheme (YES China). It offers selected international candidates tuition waiver, free on-campus accommodation, a stipend and comprehensive medical insurance. Programs listed include Master in Energy and Power Engineering, Master in China Studies and Master in Chinese Economy with durations from one to two years.

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens under 45 years old, in good physical and psychological health, hold a bachelor degree or above with at least 3 years' work experience, and fall into specified categories such as senior governmental officials, senior management staff, administrative staff of colleges/universities, or those with relevant international organization experience.

Submit online application via Zhejiang University's Online Application System and upload required documents; download ZJU Application Form and email it to admissionmaster@zju.edu.cn by 2026-02-28. Applicants receiving Pre-admission Notice must then apply via the CSC Online Application System by 2026-03-31 (Type A, agency number 1563).
