STRIVE Trips - Summer Service Program in Kenya

A three-week residential summer service and high-altitude training program for high-school student-athletes held in Iten, Kenya. Participants combine daily athletics training at a High Altitude Training Centre with community service projects in local schools and cultural exchange. The program includes weekend excursions and concludes with a safari visit to the Masai Mara Game Reserve.

Three weeks of high-altitude athletics training, residential accommodation (rooms with 1–2 other participants, ensuite bathrooms, solar heated showers), meals, service project opportunities, cultural exchange activities, weekend excursions and a safari visit.

High school students (entering grades 9–12) and student-athletes; ages listed 14–19.
