Schwingungen und Wellen

A three-day WE-Heraeus teacher training on oscillations and waves taking place in Berlin. The course is aimed at physics teachers and covers topics from mechanics, acoustics and thermodynamics to electromagnetism, optics and quantum physics, with interdisciplinary links to technology, music and astronomy. The first two days consist of lectures and the third day offers practical exercises that can be used directly in classroom teaching. Experiments conducted may be taken away by participants for their school collections.
