The Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC) Graduate Trainee Programme is a structured training initiative designed to equip graduates with knowledge and skills for a professional career, with exposure to policy and rulemaking. The program is aimed at young Nigerian graduates and offers hands-on experience and mentorship, with potential future opportunities within the organization. Completion of the program does not guarantee full-time employment.

Graduates (within the last three years) with a minimum of a Second-Class upper degree (or its equivalent) in any discipline, completion of NYSC mandatory.
