Chapel Hill Denham’s Management Development Programme (MDP) 2025

The 2025 Chapel Hill Denham Management Development Programme is designed to attract, develop, and retain young professionals who are passionate about working in financial services. The program is rigorous and includes classroom and desk-side training aimed at preparing participants for a robust investment career. It offers rotational opportunities across different areas of the business to accelerate learning and effectiveness.

Requirements include completion of NYSC, a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second-Class Honours (Upper Division), 0–3 years of work experience, and professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA or CIS as an added advantage.
