African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC) Programme 2025 for African Female Business Owners (Cohort 8)

The African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC) Programme is a 12-month leadership and business management capacity building program targeting African female entrepreneurs. It accepts a limited number of fellows each year and provides mentorship, networking opportunities, and skill development to grow and scale their enterprises.

Form connections with a diverse network of African women entrepreneurs; access mentorship from a senior business mentor; strengthen skills in strategy, leadership, finance, marketing and business management; develop soft skills including communication and resilience.

Women who are current or aspiring entrepreneurs in Africa, founders of for-profit or social enterprises, proficient in English, with regular internet access, and comfortable with remote collaboration.
