Arab Gulf Programme for Development (AGFUND) Development Programme 2026

The AGFUND Development Programme is a six-month virtual programme designed for Diana Award Recipients based in Africa who are leading social action in their communities. It supports participants to strengthen, sustain and grow their work through expert-led learning, peer connection and personalised development support. The programme covers topics such as leadership, impact measurement, partnerships, and funding, and aims to build a community of Diana Award Recipients across Africa.

Participants will strengthen leadership and confidence, develop strategies to sustain and grow their work, build partnerships and networks, improve how they measure and communicate impact, connect with a community of Diana Award Recipients across Africa, and increase visibility for future opportunities.

Open exclusively to Diana Award Recipients who are based in Africa, aged 16-25 at the start of the programme, actively leading social action, and able to commit to a six-month virtual programme.
