She Leads African Food Futures (SHEAF) Fellowship 2026

The She Leads African Food Futures (SHEAF) Fellowship 2026 is an immersive career development program for African women professionals in agrifood systems. It aims to build leadership, mentoring, network development, and technical excellence to address gender inequalities in agri-food systems in sub-Saharan Africa. Up to 25 Fellows will be selected from Kenya, Malawi, and Senegal, with training delivered in English and a focus on policy and programmatic change.

Customized training in leadership, gender, and agrifood systems, along with mentoring, coaching, and peer learning support.

Open to African women professionals in agrifood systems who are citizens of Kenya, Malawi, and Senegal.
