Next Gen Giving Circle 2026 Grant Cycle: Funding Housing Justice and Economic Equity in the Greater Washington Region

The Next Gen Giving Circle (NGGC) has opened its 2026 Grant Cycle to fund housing justice initiatives within the Greater Washington region. The program provides general operating support and multi-year funding to nonprofits working with historically under-resourced communities to advance racial and economic justice through housing-related priorities.

Organizations must meet criteria including an annual budget of $750,000 or less, and serve communities in the Greater Washington region with a focus on historically under-resourced populations; organizations must have been operating for at least one year.

Applications are accepted via an online application form and supporting materials during the June 1–July 31 window; applicants can access an English/Spanish application form, a PDF, FAQs, and office hours.
