Programs Lead

HuMENA for Human Rights and Civic Engagement is inviting applications for the Programs Lead, a senior remote coordination role across the MENA region. The role involves overseeing operational coordination, project tracking, and donor reporting, in collaboration with teams in Brussels, Beirut, and the wider MENA region. The position is remote with a twelve-month consultancy arrangement and requires substantial experience in project management and human rights coordination.

Compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and seniority level.

Applicants should have at least 6 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in independent coordination or management roles, experience with MENA-focused civil society or human rights organizations, and fluency in Arabic and professional English.
