Citi Freshman Discovery Program 2026 (Virtual – USA): Early Career Opportunity for First-Year Students in Financial Services

The Citi Freshman Discovery Program 2026 is a virtual workshop series designed to introduce first-year university students to the financial services industry. It provides interactive workshops, networking sessions, and mentorship to help participants gain foundational knowledge and start shaping their professional journey with Citi. The program includes exposure to career paths in finance, skill development, and opportunities to connect with Citi professionals.

Applicants must be a first-year student currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited US institution or a community college with plans to transfer to a four-year institution; graduation is expected between Fall 2028 and Spring 2029.
