Hennessy Fellows Program 2026 (Cohort 8)

The Hennessy Fellows Program is a leadership fellowship created to empower young professionals and students with skills, exposure, and networks to excel in their careers. Administered by the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, the program provides structured mentorship, career exposure, and professional development, connecting fellows with industry leaders and opportunities. The fellowship offers a development journey focused on leadership, career readiness, networking, and personal growth.
