The Rowell Fund for Tibet

The Rowell Fund for Tibet, administered by the International Campaign for Tibet (ICT), has opened its 2026 grant cycle to support Tibetan-led projects in areas such as environment and conservation, photography, humanitarian initiatives, journalism and literature, and women’s empowerment. Grants aim to help Tibetans create impact within their communities or reach international audiences. Applications are accepted from Tibetans who can demonstrate community impact or broader outreach through their work.

Grants to support Tibetan artists, writers, environmentalists, and community leaders to realize projects and reach international audiences; additional emphasis on cultural preservation and empowerment.

Applications are open to Tibetans who demonstrate the ability to create meaningful impact within their communities or share their work with wider audiences internationally.
