Mekong-Lancang Peace Boat Trainee Programme 2026

Call for Trainees for a one-week intensive training aboard a cruise ship on the Mekong River in Cambodia. The program targets researchers, government officials, policymakers and scholars from China, Myanmar, Thailand, Lao PDR, and Vietnam to develop skills in international relations and Mekong affairs, with activities including international relations training, soft skills development, and cultural exchange.

Round-trip airfare, visa expenses, accommodation and meals, transportation costs, and other program-related costs covered.

Citizens of Myanmar, Lao PDR, Cambodia, China, Vietnam and Thailand who are currently residing or working in one of these countries, aged 20-40, with strong interest in Mekong relations and proficient in English.
