EKEDC Graduate Trainee 2025

The EKEDC Graduate Trainee Programme is a six-month intensive training initiative by Eko Electricity Distribution Company in Nigeria. It aims to develop a home-grown talent pool through a combination of in-class sessions, technical trainings, field work, and rotations across key departments, with opportunities for employment after graduation. The program targets new graduates and offers a structured pathway into the utility sector with both technical and non-technical components.

Candidates must have a first degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting or related fields; a minimum of 2nd class upper, or 2nd class lower with a master’s degree; NYSC completed before commencement; 0–3 years of relevant experience; professional qualifications are an added advantage.
