European Leadership Programme

The European Leadership Programme is a five-month residential leadership training programme for young professionals aged 22–35 in Brussels. Fellows receive leadership training, mentoring, and professional coaching, with opportunities to engage with senior actors in the Brussels EU ecosystem. It is offered by the Jesuit European Social Centre and aims to support vocation discernment and professional development.

Leadership training and mentoring, spiritual coaching, professional mentoring, and exposure to senior actors in the Brussels EU ecosystem.

Applicants aged 22-35 with a Bachelor’s degree; English proficiency required (min. B2) or evidence of study in English.
