Culture Helps Solidarity Fund

The Culture Helps Solidarity Fund supports cultural projects that improve access to culture and foster inclusion and mental well-being for internally displaced people and refugees from Ukraine, with particular attention to vulnerable groups, including veterans. The fund is launched by the European Cultural Foundation and prioritizes partnerships led by Ukrainian organisations, including collaboration with organisations in neighbouring Creative Europe countries. The fund provides up to €1,200 per individual for personal mental health and wellbeing support.

Be above 18 years old; reside in Ukraine or have fled from Ukraine to one of the Creative Europe countries; be artists, cultural managers, or activists volunteers working with displaced people in Ukraine, or with refugees from Ukraine in one of the Creative Europe countries.
