Bourse D’études Supérieures de l’Université d’Hawaï, 2023-2024

The East-West Center Higher Education Scholarship at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa provides fully funded graduate study opportunities in the United States for selected candidates. The scholarship covers full-time graduate studies with tuition, housing, and additional allowances; travel and field study funding may be offered on a competitive basis during the study period. Recipients are expected to live in East-West Center housing and participate in the Center’s community activities.

Tuition coverage, on-campus housing, living stipend, books and supplies, health insurance; potential additional travel/field-study support and conference funding on a competitive basis.

Applicants must hold a four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum GPA around 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) and be eligible for graduate studies at UH Mānoa.

Applicants must apply to the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and submit required materials; final selection is coordinated with the East-West Center.
