Government of Malaysia Technical Cooperation Scholarship

The Government of Malaysia Technical Cooperation Scholarship (MTCP) is a fully funded scholarship program for international students from developing countries to pursue postgraduate studies in Malaysia, with duration between 24 and 36 months for Master’s degree programs. The program aims to share Malaysia’s development experiences and strengthen bilateral ties through technical training and capacity-building across various development-related fields.

Tuition fees; monthly living allowance (cost of living, book, tools, housing, travel, etc.); one-off return economy-class air ticket; medical and insurance allowances; end-of-study allowances.

Open to international students from developing countries who wish to pursue postgraduate studies in Malaysia and meet the specified academic and English-language requirements.
