Concours Tremplin Startup UEMOA

The Tremplin Startup UEMOA Contest supports the promotion of modern and innovative entrepreneurship and the development of startups within the UEMOA region. It aims to identify, reward and accompany the best startups that stand out by the relevance of their activity and impact on the green economy, and to stimulate entrepreneurship support structures. The competition is open to startups formally created in any of the eight UEMOA member states and encourages participation through national and regional pricing and accompanying structures.

Monetary prizes for top startups; recognition and potential support for scaling; occasional incentives for supporting structures involved in the startup’s submission; regional and state-level prize distribution.

Open to startups formally established in any of the UEMOA member states; the main promoter must be born after 1975 and be a citizen or resident of a UEMOA member state; startups must operate in one or more UEMOA states and contribute to the green economy; must be linked to an entrepreneurship support structure to submit the application.

Applications are submitted via the national Chambers of Commerce and Industry or equivalent national bodies in each UEMOA country; required documents include a completed application form, founder CVs, business registry, executive summary, recommendation letters, business plan, and other supporting documents.
