Max Achievement Scholarship

The Max Achievement Scholarship is an award administered by the University of Silicon Valley for incoming first-year, transfer, and graduate students. It recognises demonstrated mastery, persistence, and systems thinking shown through completion of rare and demanding achievements in digital gaming environments. Applicants must submit a short essay reflecting on what their pursuit of mastery taught them about learning, persistence, or problem-solving. Achievements earned via modded, private, or emulated servers are ineligible.

Up to $5,000 toward study.

Open to incoming first-year, transfer, and graduate students at the University of Silicon Valley who have demonstrated extraordinary mastery, persistence, and systems thinking through completion of rare and demanding achievements in digital gaming environments. Applicants must submit a 500–700 word essay; achievements from modded, private, or emulated servers are not eligible.
