Global Advanced NIHR Fellowships 2026 with £750,000 Funding for Global Health Researchers

The Global Advanced Fellowships 2026 is a postdoctoral-level funding programme offering a comprehensive funding package for global health researchers based in the UK or eligible LMICs. It provides salary support, funds for an applied research project, a dedicated post and professional development, a tailored training programme, travel for fieldwork and collaboration, and capacity strengthening for partner institutions in LMICs. The programme targets early to mid-career researchers aiming to build leadership in global health systems and to conduct impact-oriented global health research.

Applicants must be postdoctoral researchers with a track record and a proposal focused on scalable, solution-oriented global health research, affiliated with a HEI or research institute in the UK or an ODA-eligible LMIC.
