Wells Fargo Sophomore Discovery Fellowship Program 2026

The Wells Fargo Sophomore Discovery Fellowship Program is a paid, summer fellowship for current college sophomores. It provides an in-depth look at day-to-day responsibilities across Wells Fargo roles, including training, job shadowing, networking, a summer capstone project, and a program-wide presentation. It also offers organized programming, cohort networking, and the potential for a consecutive summer offer to the Junior Internship after successful completion.

Paid experience; corporate housing; networking opportunities; capstone project and presentation; potential follow-on internship offer.

Current sophomores pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date in December 2027 or May/June 2028, and willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC for the program duration.
