MINDS Scholarship Programme for Leadership Development 2025

The MINDS Scholarship Programme for Leadership Development in Africa provides financial support for African students to pursue postgraduate studies in an African country other than their home country. It aims to develop young leaders with a continent-wide mindset and facilitate cooperation between African countries. The scholarship covers tuition, accommodation and meals, a return ticket, and a fixed stipend, with the extent of coverage determined by whether a partial or full scholarship is awarded.

MINDS Scholarships are awarded to meritorious applicants who are nationals of an African country and residing in Africa, have been accepted by MINDS-preferred institutions for postgraduate studies, and have demonstrated leadership potential.
