Coordonnateur Régional de terrain

The Coordonnateur Régional de terrain is a field-based regional coordinator role within SamaMbey SUARL, a Senegalese agricultural company. The position involves supervising a team, developing regional sales strategies, budgeting, and engaging with local authorities to promote the company’s initiatives and performance in the Kaolack region.

Have at least a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in business or a related field. At least 5 years of professional experience in managing sales agents in the consumer goods sector, and at least 3 years of sales experience in this sector. Proficiency in French and Wolof is required, English and other local languages are an asset. Willingness to live and work full-time in rural areas of Senegal.
