The role involves analyzing customer feedback, coordinating with sales, marketing and service teams, and delivering ongoing improvements to the customer journey.

Diplôme Bac + 3/4 in Marketing, Management, real estate or related field; prior experience in customer experience is preferred; French required, English an asset.
