The Finam Gabon microfinance institution is recruiting one Legal & Litigation Service Manager. The role reports to the HR Director and oversees all legal and regulatory matters, contract drafting and validation, litigation management, and risk mitigation for the organization. The position involves representing the company in courts and inspections, providing legal guidance to internal teams, and conducting training on legal issues.

Bachelor level in private law, public law, social law, banking law, or related fields with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role; experience in litigation management is essential.
