Ministerial Scholarships for Non-Kuwaitis 2026/2027

The Minister's Grant for Non-Kuwaiti Students is a scholarship programme in Kuwait that provides fully funded study opportunities for outstanding non-Kuwaiti students. It covers tuition, a fixed monthly stipend, free accommodation for incoming students, meals, comprehensive medical insurance, and annual return travel tickets to the student’s home country.
