The African Trade Chamber’s 2026/2027 National Service Programme for young Ghanaians

The African Trade Chamber’s National Service Programme is a placement for graduates and final-year students to gain practical experience within a continental institution working on trade facilitation, policy dialogue, investment promotion, research and business development across Africa. Participants will work in areas such as trade and investment facilitation, research, communications, and programs and sector platforms, with mentorship from experienced professionals and exposure to high-level meetings and partnerships.

Practical professional experience within a continental institution; mentorship from experienced professionals; exposure to trade, investment and private sector development initiatives; participation in high-level meetings and institutional engagements; professional networking opportunities; hands-on experience supporting programs advancing Africa’s trade agenda.

Applications are invited from final-year students and prospective National Service Personnel who are passionate about Africa’s trade, investment, private sector development, and economic transformation.

Applications will be reviewed by the Chamber’s recruitment panel. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.
