The Tennessee Promise is a last-dollar scholarship programme enabling students to attend a Tennessee community or technical college tuition-free. tnAchieves serves as the partnering organisation in 90+ counties, providing mentors and administering the last-dollar scholarships. The programme supports access to tuition at eligible Tennessee community and technical colleges.
