MRC Centre of Research Excellence Round Four Outline Application

The MRC Centre of Research Excellence (CoRE) Round Four is a funding round inviting outline applications addressing major health challenges or focusing on the development and translation of blood products, in partnership with the Ministry of Defence. CoREs are challenge-led awards intended to solve major health problems over long timeframes, with potential for co-funding from charities and industry partners. The round aims to refresh the portfolio of long-term investments and grow UK capability in health and life sciences research.

Outline applications can address any challenge or focus on development and translation of blood products.
