The AfDB Pan-African Fellowship for Emerging Fund Managers 2025 is an eight-month capacity-building programme designed to support emerging African fund managers who are actively investing across the continent. It combines technical training, expert mentorship, and networking opportunities to help participants grow their fund management capabilities and visibility within the ecosystem.

Open to emerging PE and VC fund managers who are actively investing in Africa, have either secured initial commitments or are at launch/close of first-time funds, have smaller high-potential portfolios with clear additionality, and focus on underserved sectors or geographies; representation of youth in senior leadership is encouraged.
