Middle School Robotics Summer Camp

The Middle School Robotics Summer Camp is a one-week, immersive program for students entering grades 6 through 8 to build and program robots using the VEX V5 platform. The program combines hands-on engineering and programming projects, sensors and motor work, and team robotics challenges. Multiple formats are offered including day, extended day, and overnight residential options with recreational activities and an excursion to a local science venue. Instruction includes guest speakers and supervision by experienced staff.

Hands-on instruction to build and program a working robot (VEX V5), participation in robotics challenges and a final competition, recreational activities, field trip to a local science venue, and shared dorm accommodations for overnight campers with meals included.

Students entering (rising) grades 6 through 8 after the summer.
