Progressive Summer Internship

The Progressive Summer Internship is a 12-week, full-time corporate internship running approximately May through August across multiple tracks including Accounting, Data & Analytics, Technology, MBA Product Management, and MBA Investment Research. The program includes mentorship, Intern Immersion Week at Progressive’s headquarters, group projects, and networking with senior leaders. It is a high-conversion pathway to full-time roles, with Progressive reporting over an 80% intern-to-hire conversion rate and documented 91% in 2022. Intern roles are posted on a rolling basis each fall.

Paid hourly compensation, 12-week full-time internship, mentorship, Intern Immersion Week at headquarters, group projects, networking with senior leaders, high likelihood of return/full-time offers.

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field; Progressive does not provide visa sponsorship.
