IGNITE

IGNITE is a program experience offered on historically Black Colleges and Universities in the United States, aimed at developing emerging leaders through workshops, leadership development, and a three-month virtual Masterclass. It is part of Echoing Green’s efforts to increase pathways into the social innovation field and leadership roles for students on partner campuses. The initiative involves undergraduate and graduate students from multiple HBCUs participating in regional sessions and a subsequent Masterclass curriculum focused on entrepreneurial thinking and problem-solving.

Participation in IGNITE sessions on campus, and involvement in a three-month virtual Masterclass focused on entrepreneurial thinking, social innovation, leadership identity, and problem-solving.

Open to undergraduate and graduate students from the seven HBCU partner campuses in Louisiana, Georgia, and North Carolina.
