MISTI MIT‑MENA International Internship Program

The MISTI MIT‑MENA International Internship Program places MIT students in three‑month research and internship attachments at leading universities and labs in the Middle East and North Africa. Participants engage in hands‑on research projects and training in areas such as additive manufacturing, robotics, process modeling, materials characterization and mechanical testing. Host sites (such as AUC’s Additive Manufacturing Centennial Lab) supervise and mentor interns on applied engineering and interdisciplinary projects. The programme aims to provide international work experience and cross‑cultural exposure for MIT students.
