The Escola de Gastronomia Vegana Itinerante is a traveling culinary school designed to train community multipliers in vegan cooking, focusing on low-income neighborhoods in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. The program runs modules led by local culinary professionals and provides materials, ingredients, and certificates funded by a seed grant.
