Communication and Dissemination of Climate, Environment and Ocean Research

A call for proposals that provides funding for communication and dissemination measures to increase public understanding and facilitate use of research-based knowledge in climate, environment, circular economy, polar and ocean research. Projects must be co-created by people with both communication and research expertise, target clearly defined audiences, and demonstrate expected reach and effects. Funding may be requested to cover the actual costs necessary to carry out the proposed communication projects. Projects must start between 2026-03-01 and 2026-11-01 and may run for up to two years, with latest permitted completion 2028-10-31.

Grant funding to cover project costs for communication and dissemination activities; subject to de minimis aid limits for enterprises.

Approved research organisations, companies, the public sector, the voluntary sector and associations are eligible to apply; sole proprietorships are not eligible. The project manager must be employed by the Project Owner or one of the partners, and the project team must include both research and communication expertise.
