Universal Postal Union International Letter-Writing Competition

The Universal Postal Union International Letter-Writing Competition is an annual contest promoting letter writing among young people. The national stage in Georgia is organised by Georgian Post with the support of the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia for participants aged under 15. The competition awards all participants, a jury selects the top three entries, and the first-place national winner is forwarded to the Universal Postal Union international competition. The 2021 contest theme is "Write a letter to a family member about your experience of Covid-19."

All participants receive an award; a jury selects the top three; the first-place winner is sent to the Universal Postal Union international contest.

Adolescents aged under 15 may participate; letters may be written in Georgian, English, French, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish or Arabic.

Submit a letter written in Georgian, English, French, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish or Arabic by the national submission deadline (final submission date 2021-04-16).
