Study Scholarships in the Kyrgyz Republic (2025-2026)

A scholarship selection to send Mongolian citizens to study at universities in the Kyrgyz Republic for bachelor and master degree programmes in agriculture, humanities/economics and technical fields. One Mongolian candidate will be selected for each of the bachelor and master levels in the listed fields. Studies will be conducted in Russian and the scholarship does not include a language preparatory course. The placement is to specific Kyrgyz universities named in the announcement.

Selection and placement to study at named Kyrgyz universities at bachelor or master level (one candidate per level/field).

Mongolian citizens. For bachelor: secondary education certificate with transcript with an average score of 90. For master: Mongolian citizen with a bachelor's degree, GPA 3.0 or higher, and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Register and submit the online application via the scholarship portal, upload required PDF documents (each file ≤5 MB), and confirm submission by pressing the send/confirm button before the deadline.
