elea Talent Program 2026 – South Africa

The elea Talent Program (eTP) is a hiring and development program directed towards motivated and talented university graduates. It offers exposure to the global entrepreneurship sphere and work experience across multiple countries, with training, coaching, and ongoing support from the elea team. In 2026, elea is launching its first cohort in South Africa, with the cohort joining in January 2027.

Mentorship and coaching, professional development support, exposure to investment activities and entrepreneurial ecosystems, cross-functional learning, and opportunities for international exposure.

Candidates with an Honours degree and limited work experience (Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience may also apply). A valid work permit for South Africa is required, and candidates should be based in or have grown up on the African continent. Master’s degrees under the ECTS framework are welcome; PhD or MBA candidates cannot be considered.
