AI Societal Impact Lab Autumn 2026 Fellowship

The AI Societal Impact Lab Autumn 2026 Fellowship is a fully remote fellowship focusing on the social and political implications of artificial intelligence. It is an 8–10 week programme beginning in mid to late September 2026, combining mentorship, research and publication, with participants expected to contribute around four hours per week. Fellows work on an original analysis of AI and society and may participate in workshops and seminars.

Mentorship from an AI Societal Impact Lab Fellow; opportunity to work on a collaborative group project; develop an original analytical piece for publication; participate in workshops and seminars; connect with others exploring AI’s political, social, ethical, and regulatory implications.

Primarily aimed at recent graduates in the social sciences and humanities and early-career researchers; applicants from other fields, including STEM and the arts, are encouraged to apply.
