The TGI Distri Ltd Commercial Trainee Programme is a structured talent development initiative designed to equip young graduates with knowledge, skills, and competencies for a career in sales. The programme includes an intensive induction followed by a 6-month frontline sales training experience with shadowing across various sales cadres and market channels in Nigeria.

Bachelor's or HND holders with a minimum 2.2/Lower Credit, 1-2 years post-NYSC experience, not older than 28 by end of 2026, willing to be deployed anywhere in Nigeria.
