Civic Action DiverseCity Fellows Program 2027-2028

The Civic Action DiverseCity Fellows Program 2027-2028 is a year-long leadership development experience for civic-minded leaders from diverse communities in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Fellows receive coaching, mentorship, and skills-building sessions to enhance leadership competencies, expand networks, and drive community impact. Upon completion, graduates join a network of DiverseCity alumni and mentors with ongoing opportunities.

Personalized leadership development plans, one-on-one coaching, mentorship by diverse leaders, skills-building sessions, and access to a network of DiverseCity alumni and opportunities after graduation.

Open to civic-minded leaders typically in mid-career who have at least five years of leadership experience in their communities or sector. Applicants must be living and/or working in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.

Applications are submitted online and require a two-page resume/CV, two recommendation forms (one from an employer and one from a personal reference).
