MIT School Access and Quality Fellowship 2026-2027

The MIT School Access and Quality Fellowship is a one-year program for education leaders working in enrollment and school performance to implement positive changes in these systems. Fellows engage with best practices, collaborate with peers, and gain tools to promote equitable enrollment and school quality policies, with programming that includes in-person and virtual components and exploration of how AI and technology can support educational equity.

Access to best practices and peer problem-solving, networking with academic researchers and policy experts, and travel scholarships; tools to implement equitable enrollment and school performance policies.

Ideal candidates come from enrollment-related roles such as directors of enrollment, admissions managers, directors of data management, school performance directors, and related positions in school districts, CMOs, state agencies, or nonprofits.
