VII International Zendal Awards 2026

The VII International Zendal Awards recognise scientific and technological projects with the potential to advance health, including vaccines, therapies and biotechnology, and the One Health concept. There are two prize categories: Human healthcare award with prize €40,000 and Animal healthcare award with prize €25,000. The awards are open to public or private institutions worldwide that contribute to human or animal welfare within healthcare and disease prevention.

Prize money: €40,000 for the Human healthcare award; €25,000 for the Animal healthcare award.

Open to public or private institutions (universities, government bodies, NGOs, foundations, research institutes, startups) from anywhere in the world.

Applications must be submitted between June 29 and September 20, 2026.
